My guest today is Dana Kay, a Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Practitioner and the Founder of ADHD Thrive Institute. 

In this episode, Dana shares her own personal journey with her son struggling with behavioral challenges at an early age and how this sent her on a quest to find ways to support him, and how she discovered that there was a definite connection between diet, the gut, and reducing ADHD. 

While I am a believer in medication making a huge difference in your kid's success, diet and nutrition often get left out of treating and healing ADHD.
